I jumped online this morning to see what my mobile bill was looking to be in the next month - sort of working the finances out. For some reason, my account total read, not $79 like it does every month but, $1,096.
I'm sorry, WTF. What is this?
Just rang Optus and they can't tell me whether that "total" is a dummy total or not or whether that amount is included in my $79 cap. Not sure why, I thought being the phone company, that's what they can do. Where did this total come from?
Never had a problem with the company, but this is way out there. Who's phone bills come to over $1000? What do they think I do? I know that's not me, but I'm preparing for a battle between me and some customer service person.
