I swear, the older you get the faster time goes. It was only a couple of months ago I getting all excited about a new year ahead of me. Now where am I? Almost half way through in a blink.
I am off work all this week (well, off my full time paid work) and I'm about to do a quick run around the house, tidy and take my dogs to the dog park. The weather here is okay at the moment, it's stopped raining (hurray!) but the wind has still got a bit of a bite to it.
Honestly, if I didn't have my study and freelance, I'd be bored stupid. How do people spend day after day out of work? I think though, I am thankful that I don't spend 48 weeks of the year looking forward to the 4 weeks I can escape from work. I can think of things to do, but really - a week is fine for me to recharge and get back into it.
I wouldn't mind being able to sleep late every day though, that would be a bit of a luxury.
